Shining series I've played so far is not that bad, but not that good too. But when I saw Shining Wind, I think it's worth trying. It has boomed in Japan, but I think the publisher isn't dare to sell it outside Japan, seeing the horrid selling for the past shining series (it's their fault anyway for not meeting customer's expectancy).

This makes me sad. While waiting for Ar Tonelico II, which also in question if it's going to be sold outside Japan, but at least it has more hope.

Well, the good news is: I have a windows vista! yaaayyy~!!

Once again, a game that I can't play......again...

The main chara is okay, but as long as I don't know the story, my opinion for her is just 'a typical girl who get sent to the other world'. I was hoping for her to be much cooler like Juuni Kouki's main chara, she got charisma needed for a ruler. I just hope I'll like this girl. That is, if I can understand the story...

It's been so long since my last entry... ah so busy so busy

Gundam 00 season 2, Code Geass R2, Monochrome Factor, Nabari no Ou... ah, so many anime I want to watch, now that I'm not bound to school works anymore...

I plan to take Monbusho scholarship, but up till now... no news until June.

Mana Khemia, Persona 3, Persona 3 FES, Odin Sphere, Grim Gimoire, so many games I haven't finished yet.

And here I am, complaining how many games I want to buy but have no console to play them (just like Eternal Sonata in Xbox, Last Remnant in PS3, etc)

I want PS3, I want Xbox, I want iPod Touch, I want PSP, NDS, Wii, electronic dictionary for Japanese language etc etc...



God, can't wait until I become a rich girl...

I thought I'd never watch it, but... suddenly, when I just came home from school, my friend called me and asked:

"Hey, do you want to watch Musicademia FREELY?"

I couldn't believe my ears, but when I asked again, yes, I heard it right. It turned out that she got the ticket freely from her school (WHY THE HECK MY SCHOOL DIDN'T??)

So I immediately agree and we went there as fast as a busway can bring us.

And I don't regret it! I've never thought the Bangun Pemudi Pemuda Song is so good! But my favorite part is:

Those Who Fight (Piano Version With Orchestra Mix) by Kevin Aprillio and Twilite Orchestra.

Oh my god, the mix is so cool! First the Twilite Orchestra played the infamous 'Opening' of Final Fantasy VII Advent Children then Kevin played Those Who Fight in piano together with Twilite Orchestra.

Ahhh... I'm so going to die...

I'm going to upload the Those Who Fight (Piano Version With Orchestra Mix) so just wait. Though don't comment on the medium quality sound, I don't have soundforce to edit it.

Kupikir, aku tak akan nonton Musicademia, tetapi, sewaktu aku pulang sekolah... temanku tiba-tiba meneleponku dan bertanya:

"Mau nonton Musicademia gratis nggak?"

Reaksiku:

"Apa?" (Apa gue nggak salah denger?)

Temanku pun mengulang perkataannya.

Kali ini reaksiku:

"MAU."

Ternyata, di sekolahnya (SMU Santa Ursula) dibagikan tiket gratis dengan label: harga khusus Rp 25.000,00. Enaknya...

Kami pun segera tancap menuju Istora dengan Busway (tolong deh, rasanya kayak jadi ikan sarden kalengan). Musicademia memang tidak semeriah (baca: penonton tidak senafsu) sewaktu di Konser Beginning of Fantasy. Tapi bukan berarti Twilite Orchestra tidak sebagus yang kemarin, walaupun daku kecewa akan paduan suara gabungannya (tidak murni dari Twilite Chorus, gabung dengan ITB dan atma), nyanyian One Winged Angel-nya kalah sama suara gitar dan drum wasabi. Karisma lagu favorit pun menghilang setengahnya.

Tapi, yang paling kusukai adalah bagian Those Who Fight (Piano Version With Orchestra Mix) yang tentu saja dimainkan oleh Kevin Aprillio kita tercinta (mbah-nya pemain piano remaja Indonesia) dan Twilite Orchestra. Pada awalnya TO memainkan lagu 'Opening' dari Final Fantasy Advent Children (TOLONG DEH, persis banget sama aslinya!! *sembah Addie MS*) kemudian disusul dengan permainan piano Those Who Fight oleh Kevin diiringi dengan lagu Orchestra TO.

Pada saat lagu 'opening', para penonton masih sibuk sendiri alias bergumam-gumam dengan koleganya. Ini bikin aku kesel banget, terutama dengan para cc anggota universitas I** yang ada di belakangku. Sewaktu aku putar ulang rekamanku dengan handycam (kali ini nggak ada tulisan dilarang membawa alat rekam/merekam, jadi aku tenang-tenang saja merekam) suara mereka kedengeran BANGET. Tadinya aku mau menegur mereka untuk diam, tapi karena selain membuat aku terkesan nggak sopan, suaraku bisa ikut merusak rekaman. Makanya aku konsentrasi saja pada rekaman dan musik.

Tapi... sewaktu Those Who Fight dimainkan... semua gumaman menghilang diterpa angin dahsyat. Kurasa semua orang terpukau melihat jari-jari Kevin menari di atas piano ditambah dengan efek suara menggelegar dari TO. Walaupun sempat bertanya-tanya apakah Mas Addie telah mendapat izin untuk seeenaknya membuat lagu Those Who Fight jadi sekeren itu, pujianku terhadap Kevin dan TO tidak terpengaruh. Belum pernah aku dengar lagu Those Who Fight sekeren itu.

Dan para CC di belakangku yang tadinya tidak mengenal bahkan terkesan masa bodo dengan Kevin... malah jadi korban baru pesona Kevin. ^ ^;

Aku akan meng-upload lagu Those Who Fight (Piano Version With Orchestra Mix) jadi tunggu saja sampai upload dari megaupload selesai! (Tapi tolong jangan komentar tentang kualitas suara yang tidak sejernih soundtrack! Soalnya aku rekam pakai handycam--untung bukan hp-- dan aku nggak punya soundforce untuk mengeditnya!)

I've prepared my heart incase the orchestra was bad, but...

NO WAY THAT KIND OF PERFOMANCE IS BAD!!

The one hour and fifteen minutes standing/waiting in the middle of over-enthusiastic crowd with the hot-hot-hot air bonus paid well!!

The order:
1: My friends and I took a bus at 4.30 pm
2: We arrive at the Tennis Indoor Senayan at 6.00 pm straight.
3: After watching the cosplay show-off (can you believe that there was a MOTHER who was forced by her son to do a Yuna-FFX cosplay?? I don't, but I can't) and took the ordered ticket, we decided to 'queue up' (read: who got the gold is the fastest) at the entrance.
4: We were (finally!!) allowed to enter the hall
5: We watched the show!
6: The show ended at 11.00 pm and I reached home at 00.30 am (damn traffic jam!!)

What are you looking at? I know it's forbidden to bring recording tools at such big music events (it was written on the door)... but I can't help it!! Even one of the committee that sat beside my friend bring a handycam!! After seeing his stunt and the cellphone buddies, the polices (almost) right in front of me seemed much less scary.

After the show, we shamelessly collect the remaining free magazine (I got 8 magazines)

I hope they held more events like this.

PS: actually, the orchestra was held in July 28th, but only now I could write this in the journal.

An Orchestra of Final Fantasy musics in Indonesia! Finally! But GOD, the ticket is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive. For festival is 100.000 rupiah (around 11 US$), for tribune is 150.000 rupiah (around 17 US$), and for the VIP is 200.000 rupiah (around 22 US$). In my country, that's a large amount of money for a high school girl. And I bought the tribune ticket.

Maaaan, I'm broke now T_T.

The lack of sponsors is the cause. So they've been trying to get the money back (they even said that they'll ABSOLUTELY suffer some financial lost!). but if you look at the pamflet... you'll see how broke they are (it's a fotocopy, not a full color pamflet). The ticket seller even applaused at my friend's decision to buy the ticket. It's almost like they'll worship everyone who bought the ticket.

Geez, I just hope the concert is worth the price.

Now that I could play the Angel's feather game... a new problem arise.

HOW THE HECK I SHOULD CHOOSE THE PAIRINGS???

I mean, God, there are such good looking guys and I have a hard time to choose the pairings. Should it'll be: KaixShou? Or NaotoxShou? or ShionxChris? or ChrisxShou? or... whatever.

geeezz, can't wait to play the kohaku no hitomi version (WHERE I could get it???)

OMG T_T I've never thought that installing a (very) big sized game is so... stressful.

First, I have to wait long for downloading it. in this case, I download it from aarinfantasy forum, via megaupload. i've never minded a long download (I can sleep it on) but the (shitty, bastard, STINGY) megaupload almost always had this message about no download slots available or whatever when I tried to download a file. If I didn't have a download manager, I'll be done for.

Second, when I finished downloading, I had to join the files (you know, the files are too big for standard uploading) using a certain program (in this case, winsplit). of course I searched it and found it but I discovered that none of the available version are able to join the files. I searched the forum for help, but no one got an answer. after two weeks (the download is finished by the time), I found that the file extension is converted to another extension when the uploader uploaded the file (from .1 or .2 etc to .wsp). i had to rename the file so I could join it.

The last, I had to burn it into a CD (I could use a no-cd crack, but no bckground sound = no fun). I have no problems for the first two CD, but when it came to the third and fourth CD, I have to use either Nero or Alcohol 120% to burn the image CD. the problem is: I have no nero and my Alcohol program is infected by trojan virus. at the end, i have to use a 30 days trial version of Alcohol.

I've got no problem with the language setting part, but translating the game is another matter.
